Think of this as a Rye Reposado. Distilled from 100% New York State Rye and rested for 4 months in an ex-empire rye cask. Pleasantly fruity up front (it’s practically an eau de vie!) with strong herbal notes, it finishes with Rye’s characteristic spiciness. This whiskey is an excellent cocktail ingredient or next to your favorite craft beer.
