Genesis 11:1-9 tells the tale of the fracturing of humanity’s languages. Before Yaweh determined that we had reached too far into the heavens by building the great tower of Babel, all people spoke the same language. This wine attempts to capture that time before we could not commonly understand one another by blending together grapes that do not typically go together in a chillable and crushable red wine. The 2022 is built of 46% Dolcetto, 39% Pinot Noir, and 15% Muscat.
