Wine Description
Our 100% Estate Grown Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the shelter of a full canopy of leaves where it enjoys the heat of the day while protected from the suns harsh rays only to receive the cooling breezes of the evening and night, taking full advantage of Lodi’s warm days and cool nights.
We harvest our Sauvignon Blanc by hand, carefully crush the grapes and ferment it in 100% stainless steel tanks. This wine making method produces a wine of exceptional clarity, crispness with a perfect balance of acid and fruit.
Full tropical fruit aromas greet the nose. Crisp citrus flavors grace the palate. Light, clean and crisp with a perfect balance of acid and fruit. Our Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect complement to a fruit and cheese plate on a lazy afternoon or paired with a light meal of fish or chicken.
