Wine Description
GrĂ¼ner Veltliner hails from the steep slopes of the Danube River in Austria. Our Pennsylvania grown version of this classic grape shows the bold, fruit driven character of its ancestral homeland. We barrel fermented the wine in neutral oak with three different yeast strains. After fermentation the wine was briefly aged in tank where every step was taken to preserve the integrity of the fruit and essence of the vineyard.
