Wine Description
Pinot Noir has a well-deserved reputation of being a finicky and difficult grape to cultivate. It thrives in cooler climates but is also widely planted throughout sun-drenched California. Chime is a wine that takes advantage of this and the result is a wine with a new-oak signature easy to detect in the vanilla and cinnamon aromas and the ginger-spice flavors that layer over good red-cherry notes underneath. Cook up a nice batch of bacon-wrapped scallops and pour this lovely gem.
