Beer Description
Cotton Pickin’ Farmhouse IPA is an 8.5% funky, hoppy Belgian-style ale that’s been sleeping soundly in our big French Oak foeders since January. For the past few months, the brettanomyces strain we use has dried this beer out beautifully, and it’s developed a soft, dusty citrus aroma that’s infused with the Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo dry hops we finish it off with. We packaged the entire foeder (no kegs of this one, though), but don’t wait too long to get your cases—these should age beautifully as the brett continues to slowly develop flavor compounds in the bottles.
