Beer Description
Historically brewed by farmers around Munich using available (and legal) grains but fermented with Hefeweizen yeast that was “borrowed” from the Royal Bavarian Weissbier breweries in Munich. A rustic and delicious style of beer, some may put Dampfbier between a Dunkelweizen and a Roggenbier from a style standpoint.
