Beer Description
Sour Asylum #1, the first in our new series of experimental sours, is a light, pleasantly acidic, sour session beer brewed with 100% pilsner malt, soured with lactobacillus in the kettle, fermented with our house lager yeast and dry hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy.
