Beer Description
Here’s a variation on the theme of rustic season. Brewed by drawing on the tradition of Belgian seasons fermières pale ales, dry and effervescent, this beer however have systematically hoppy character herbaceous and fruity, real signature of our brewery. This version has been fermented with the yeast strain Brettanomyces “Drei”, to give it an even more assertive character and an even more dry and fruity finish. Drink on a tablecloth tile, in a sunny meadow, to 12 degrees in naughty company.
