Beer Description
King Tut Hat is a bright, shining showcase of some of our favorite hop varieties. Brewed with Warrior, Citra, and Galaxy, King Tut Hatโs focus is on hop flavor and aroma, not bitterness. We add our hops long after we boil the beer, allowing them to whirlpool as the beer cools: this technique lets us maximize the juicy, resinous flavors the oils contained in these hops without creating the bitterness common is so many heavy-handed American IPAs. We double down on a Citra and Galaxy dry hop creating an intense aroma of lemon peel and something like fresh squeezed orange juice. In the beer, we taste oranges, mangoes, pineapples, and a host of other beautiful tropical and citrus fruits. Completely unfiltered and completely cloudy, King Tut Hat is dripping with the best that hops have to offer.
Ingredients: 2 row barley malt, raw wheat, Warrior, Citra, Simcoe, and Galaxy hops, our house ale yeast.
