Beer Description
This beer would be logged in as Brown Porter, falling a bit short of a Robust Porter, but bolder than an English Mild. Don’t you worry, we did our version “Wilderness Style”! Midway through fermentation, we baked 50lbs of locally grown dates, cinnamon and added them to the beer.
