Beer Description
Just in time for Bock season 2015/2016 we have filled the new version from G’froren’s.
Stuffed was time to relax – hops. This variety was actually bred for use in tea.
A hint of lychee on the nose with spicy, oily flavors surprised this Iced IPA. The basis for this strong beer a bright well hopped Bock, which is fermented with top-fermenting yeast. An India Pale Ale (IPA) so.
Dry hopping
After five weeks of storage is started this beer freeze out. The Eisbock obtained therefrom is then hop stuffed, while the hops are presented in the tank and the beer has to take the high quality flavors several weeks time.
