Aji Limo Rojo (R or L on the label) is an incredibly complex Red (Rojo) brewed with Aji Limo peppers from the Amazon. The malt journey enjoys the combination of 8 different varieties of malt that glide into the sweet heat these peppers magically impart. 1060 miles, different breweries, and different water supplies didn’t stop the brewers from either brewery from nailing the specs. These essentially identical worts were fermented in the south with the Lager.
