Beer Description
Brettish Invasion IV: IPA is a blended fermentation IPA, fermented with California Ale yeast and six strains of Brettanomyces. If you like American Pale with Brett, you’ll love this one.
We brewed it with about 70% Pale Ale malt, 20% wheat, and a little light caramel malt for just a touch of residual sweetness to back up the 71 IBUs of American hops, including Magnum, Centennial, and Amarillo. It’s dry hopped exclusively with Amarillo. All in all, we used a little over 10 pounds of hops in this one, which comes in at over a pound and a half per barrel.
