Beer Description
Crisp and refreshing, this beer is fermented at low temperatures. We cold-crash our lager by dropping the beer to arctic temperatures after fermentation is complete. Giving the beer the time to settle solids out allows us to create a crystal clear beer without the need for filtration. It is pure, unfiltered and super pleasing in its aroma, so we donโt have to freeze this beer for consumption.
