Beer Description
This classic style is inspired by the traditional yet state of the art Bavarian brew house. We brewed this beer with a traditional technique called decoction mashing. This technique brings a unique clean caramel aroma complementing the ripe banana flavors created by a Bavarian yeast strain used during fermentation. Brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot, the German purity law celebrating 500 years in 2016.
