Beer Description
Aged in the same barrel it fermented in for four months, allowing the brett character to take hold and producing a touch of acidity to balance the oak and hops.
Barrel fermented Belgian Blonde. A well-hopped blonde ale fermented in a wine barrel with one of our favorite Belgian strains along with a mixed brett culture which resided in the barrel.
