Beer Description
Jarrylo hops give Supergiant some apple, pear, and melon notes, while the Lactose lends a slight sweetness. Oats soften the finish, for a clean, bright, Sagan-y kind of summer beer.
Here we are, on a “mote of suspended dust in a sunbeam,” as Carl Sagan famously put it. And if we’re going to hurtle through space on this rock, an incomprehensible distance from the nearest Supergiant star, making beer from things that miraculously grow
from the ground, we’re going to make it count. This beer is all of us—bright, golden, slightly sweet, and amused by existence.
