Beer Description
Belgian yeast and bubble gum mixed with light malt and a firm hopping of Hallertau and Saaz hops. Our culinary neighbor, Billy Poplawski, chef at the State Cafe is donating a kidney to his uncle. He’ll be out of work for a while. This selfless act is certainly worthy of naming a beer for him, but even more worthy of our support.
