Beer Description
A native fermented golden sour in red wine barrels with locally harvested blackberries. Tart and fruity with subtle wine barrel character. This unique regional ale draws its acidity from a strain of lactobacillus isolated from opuntia fruit and a blend of locally captured native yeasts.
