Crushed young grapes, ginger, and black lava salt to give this tart beer an adventurous flavor profile. Aged in oak barrels.
Our collaborative brew with Bill Morgan and Josh Martin from Blind Pig. We added crushed young grapes, ginger, and black lava salt to give this tart beer an adventurous flavor profile. It then aged for a month in light oak barrels.
