Beer Description
Mosaic Hops highlight this wonderful Pilsner collaboration between Three Weavers of Los Angeles and Zatec Brewery, Zatec Czech republic. The beer was brewed with traditional Czech methods but overseen and enchanced by Alexandra Nowell’s expertise and the addition of American style components such as dry hopping the lager in the open fermentation vessels in the brewery cellar. It was the largest amount of aromatic hops ever used on a 100HL batch at the Zatec Brewery. The beer has spent over 60 days in the lager tank in the limestone cellar of the brewery in Czech and has been refrigerated from the moment it left the lager tank to your walk in here in Southern California.
Old World and New World have collaborated on this wonderful lager.
