Beer Description
For the first release of Farmhouse Slang, we decided to keep it simple and brew a mixed fermentation Saison using a Belgian saccharomyces strain with a blend of some of our favorite strains of brettanomyces. For an additional layer of complexity, we dry hopped this beer with a healthy dose of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops.
