The beer pours a very clear, bright orange hue with moderate-heavy carbonation and slight head.
Dixie Jazz Amber Light is the essence of American light beers. Using a specially formulated brewing process created by Dr. Joseph Owades, the Father of Light Beer, Dixie Jazz is low in calories (92.5), low in carbohydrates (3.1g), yet rich and amber in flavor and color. The nose is very fruity with sweet caramel, apple cider, and oranges. 
The flavor is very sweet overall, honey, melons, applesauce and cinnamon that combines with the sweet caramel to produce a spicy and fruity apple cider like spicing for a finish. 

The mouthful is moderate, somewhat creamy with a nice caramel backing. 

Overall, a very sweet, fruity beer with some citrus and lots of carbonation.
