A collaborative beer, this Russian Imperial Stout was aged on certified organic fair trade Congolese Cocoa Nibs and fair trade Ethiopian Hambela Coffee procured from Dagger Mountain Roastery in Valparaiso, IN. The crew at Grindhouse Cafe in Griffith, IN helped us connect with Dagger Mountain to select the beans and concentration of coffee to use. This beer is rich and roasty, with coffee and cocoa aroma. Warmed to 47f, this beer showcases nature’s wonder and at 9.5% abv, it will knock you on your ass like a cannonball.
