American IPA hopped exclusively with Centennial hops. Brewed just for the Syracuse Area.
This American IPA has a big but not sweet body. Generous Amounts of Centennial hops (dry hop over 2 LBS per bbl) gives this beer a huge piney, floral and slightly citrusy aroma and flavor.
