Beer Description
Straw colored and crystal clear. A large addition of Meridian hops, in the whirlpool, adds a lemon zest flavor and aroma which compliments the spicy Hallertau hops used throughout the boil. We utilized Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt from Germany to create a delicate, yet full flavored lager. THe Pilsner Malt creates the backbone for this beer lending a cereal grain character. A well rounded and quaffable beer.
