Beer Description
Warm yellow in color, short lived shimmering forth head and tiny bubbles. The nose is intense and sweet, dominated by ripe banana and lemon yogurt with anise undertones.
The sweetness is present on the palate ending with retrained bitterness. The wheat adds a perceptible tartness. Foamy mouthfeel fizzes out quickly leaving us with a feeling aftertaste. The lingering aroma is complex, disclosing confectionery, lactic, and candied orange notes.
