Beer Description
Amber color with rich mahogany hues and full, sturdy white head. The intense nose is strongly fruited with ripe red apple, ripe sweet melon, candied orange, bread dough, yeast, cinnamon, sponge cake and lactic notes (yogurt)
The first taste is pure confection with a bitter counterpoint which doesn’t distract from the emphatic sweetness.
The mouthfeel gives a sensation of a warmth on the tongue. Clean aftertaste followed by a whiff of sweetness. Lingering aromas are fruity with some nuts and organics.
