Brewed w/ Ontario malted barley & wheat, hops & roasted pumpkin & squash. Herbacious, earthy, white pepper, sweet biscuit and a crisp, dry finish.
This Belgian-style farmhouse ale was brewed with our friends from across Ottawa’s food scene in tribute to the city we love. Brewed with Ontario malted barley and wheat, hops and roasted pumpkin and squash from Ironwood Organics, it’s earthy and refreshing.
