This porter is made of basic beer ingredients with dried Shiitake mushrooms, kelps and shaved fish.
Using Hokkaido salmon, kelp and shitake mushrooms, this dark beauty is inspired by legendary Japanese brewer Niwa’s mushroom porter. This is dark and smokey like hell but tastes like an angel.
