Beer Description
A malty kettle-sour born from the second runnings of the Imperial Farm Pale.
Wort with rye, oats, and pilsner malt was soured naturally with lactobacillus before being primary and secondary-fermented in neutral oak barrels. Bavarian wheat yeast and New Zealand Kohatu hops make for a juicy, tropical delight of banana and pineapple.
