Beer Description
A Philly Beer Week collaboration beer from Prism Brewing Company, Evil Genius Beer Company, and Round Guys Brewing Company. The brewers opted for a twist on the popular black IPA by making it a Belgian Black IPA instead of putting a twist with adjuncts.
Prism’s grain bill creates an utterly opaque Black color. Evil Genius’ hop bill uses hops from all three breweries which combine to produces aromas that engulf the senses while a hop bitterness smacks the taste buds the way IPA drinkers love. Supported by Round Guys Belgian Ale yeast, this beer brings you a triple threat of delight.
Grain: Munich, 2-row, De-bittered Black, Special B, Flaked Maize, & wheat
Hops: Warrior (Evil Genius), Nugget (Prism), and Zythos (Round Guys) – Dry Hopped with Zythos and Sorachi Ace!
Yeast: Belgian Ale
