Beer Description
Our friends at Passion House Coffee have come through again, providing us the perfect roast to go in the Centennial and Citra hopped IPA.
We let 10 pounds of whole bean Ethiopian Yirgacheffe steep in the fermenter after we cold crashed the beer, essentially cold brewing. This method allowed the IPA to maintain its bright golden color while providing coffee notes to both the aroma and flavor.
