The fuller bodied red Saison is perfectly suited for the colder months. With all the fruity esters and spice from our Belgian Saison yeast and the mild sweetness from crystal malts, this beer strikes a perfect balance between full flavor and drinkability. We make this beer right in the peak of blood orange season and hand juice and zest all the oranges that go into this batch. We love the mildly sweet, spicy, and citrusy kick that these fresh blood oranges add to this beer.
