A robust porter base & added cocoa powder. Annette made a tea using a combo of cayenne-like peppers & cinnamon sticks that used by Flag Hill in a spiced rum.
EL CHUPBREWCABRA is a full-bodied robust porter with rich dark chocolate notes, the slightest hint of spice from local peppers, & the perfect measure of cinnamon from sticks first used by Flag Hill (Lee, NH) to make their spiced rum.
Pairing suggestions: Enchiladas with mole sauce, Asian-style steamed buns, chili, crispy seared duck, churros, and chocolate cake.
