Beer Description
We love these malts and brewed this black lager with eight different Bavarian and Belgian malts.
Some malt growers still grow richly flavored barley varieties and use age-old malting methods that focus on flavor and not profitability! Well, We even smoked a small portion of the barley malt in this beer over peat moss at our fire pit out back, just to add a little depth to the flavor. You’ll find this a malty lager with a crisp finish.
