Beer Description
This year’s iteration of the ‘Name the Brew’ contest is a Standard American Lager. It was brewed in the style of ‘yellow’ beers, which just so happened to win a blue ribbon in 1893. ‘Name the Brew’ is an unfiltered lager with a very low hop/malt presence and light body. Brewed with 60% domestic 6-row barley and 40% domestic brown rice; it has a subtle residual rice sweetness due to the lack of filtration.
