Japanese-style saison made with wild Yuzu, combined with the Mediterranean touch of bergamot peels
Imperial Saison with added citrus (collaboration with Nøgne Ø).
Our friend Kjetil from Nogne-O is a great fan of Japan, like someone here in the brewery … We couldn’t resist his proposal to make a beer with traditional Japanese ingredients in collaboration with us. Our research has led us to the precious fruits of wild Yuzu (Mishoyuzu), which, combined with the Mediterranean touch of bergamot peels, perfume our TOHKI-SHU saison.
