Beer Description
St. Tuber is our Belgian-style Abbey Ale brewed with local North Carolina sweet potatoes and cloves. Reminiscent of fall spices, St. Tuber has a slight fruit aroma and a hint of Caramel.
One day we thought: “Let’s make this awesome beer even more awesome!” So, we aged it in bourbon barrels for an irresistable flavor that might rival Grandma’s sweet potato pie. We think you’ll agree, this beer is truly one-of-a-kind.
