Beer Description
The aroma is of spicy Forbidden Fruit Belgian yeast, wheat malt with a hint of citrus.
Rhymes Wit is a beer that Ron helped create and brew at Sierra Nevada in Chico at beer camp (#20, 02/2010). It is a Belgian style Wit beer made with fresh locally grown Butte County mandarin oranges and coriander. It has a hazy pale straw color. It has a silky smooth slight black pepper character and a malt graininess that fades into a mild tart finish from the use of the whole entire mandarin oranges, not just the peels. In Arizona the beer will only be available at Papago and at Cheโs Lounge in Tucson and in Miami at Abraxas.
