Beer Description
Have the strength to command your palate. Everything about this beer is assertive and authoritative. Pilsner and pale malts form the base with a touch of Crystal for a little color. This ale is all about extracting everything the hop cone has to offer. We used Equinox, Citra, Simcoe in the boil and then hit it with another round of Citra and Simcoe at separate dry hopping intervals. The result is a citrus, tropical fruit and pine nose. That citrus experience continues through the flavor with assertive bitterness drying out to a mild malt backbone.
