Beer Description
Bière de Beloeil is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle and with an amber color.
The creation of this beer in 1988, happened on demand of the village of Beloeil, well-known for its “Château de Beloeil”. Although at first only available in this area, the demand of this amber beer is becoming more and more increasing. Its color, taste and aromas are the result of a brewing process, which is a mixture of 5 different types of malt. When tasting, especially the aromas of these special malts, in combination with the fine hop varieties, will dominate.
This rather complex beer has a real refermentation in the bottle which will continue for a long time in your cellar.
