fresh oranges & grapefruit zest • golden apricot haze • dry resiny finish // Collab with Alewife Brewing
“Hop Hash” is the sticky, concentrated hop-matter that is scraped from the hammers & screens during the hop pelletizing process. Some folks cast it aside; we put it in beer! Featuring massive citrus aromas & lingering resiny flavors from loads of Amarillo Hop Hash (with an assist from Idaho 7 & Simcoe hops).
