Beer Description
Alarms in the firehouse traditionally signify the severity of a situation. For instance a one-alarm might signify a cat stuck in a tree or someone’s backyard campfire needed a little more help to go out than the water hose. A five-alarm, on the other, suggested an extremely severe situation that required all units to respond. Our 2-Alarm DIPA is not extreme but definitely has more going on than a routine call. At first glance this beer is hazy and slightly orange in color. The off-white head presents aromas of guava, papaya, pineapple, and cotton candy. Those aromas follow thru in the flavor with a well built malt background that enhances the hop experience. 2-Alarm finishes clean and dry.
