Azacca, Centennial, and El Dorado hops show their bright citrus and red candy aromas. Fermentation in Chardonnay barrels lends a soft fruitiness and oak.
Recently our homies from COAST Brewing Company and Commonhouse Aleworks put their heads together with ours to design this fantastic new IPA! 100% organic Pale Malt sets the base for Azacca, Centennial, and El Dorado hops to show their bright citrus and red candy aromas. Fermentation in Chardonnay barrels lends a soft fruitiness, and a polished roundness, along with just a kiss of oak toast.
