2012 total quantity: 15o gallons – release: 11/2012 in 500ml (sparkling) and 750ml (still)
Specs: Dry and light bodied. Full M/L conversion: buttery with imparted smoke and vanilla from barrel.
Notes: Drinks like a French-style white when still, less dry and w/ faint maple exhale when carbonated.
