We built an American Stout and wove in locally roasted coffee from Red Barn Coffee Roasters, cacao nibs, and a touch of lactose. The result is roasty, smooth, and a coffee-meets-chocolate delight. Formerly known as Brigadeiro!
From beans to beer, BRIG has always been about walking the line between decadence and approachability.
