Traditional kettle sour refermented on cranberry puree to give you just the right dose of sweetness, rounding out to a balanced, quaffable beer.
A refreshingly tart gose, pouring a lovely light pink hue with a fizzy white head. A splash of sea salt to our traditional kettle sour recipe and an addition of coriander to the boil creates notes of citrus and a medium-dry mouthfeel.
Refermenting on cranberry puree gives you just the right dose of sweetness, rounding out to a balanced, quaffable beer perfect for drinking well into the chilly fall and winter seasons.
