Beer Description
Farmhouse style ale fermented with French Saison yeast and Brettanomyces Clausenii (wild yeast) and aged for several months in American Oak Pinot Noir barrels from Napa Valley. Flavors abound as you immediately taste oak, tannins, wine, hints of dry fruit and slight tartness. For best results, let breathe for serveral minutes before tasting to allow the temperature to acclimate.
